Where are you located?

We operate 100% online however our home store is in Pretoria East, Gauteng. We ship all over South Africa. As one of Gauteng's silicone beads supply company, we take great pride in providing amazing products and service to all of our customers around the country. 

 

How do I shop?

As a team in the silicone and craft supply market, we decided to help our customers shop as easily as possible, while also ensuring that they reduce waste and unnecessary spending! That is why we allow you to purchase exact quantities of each item you need!

Every product in our shop is sold individually - yes, even our smallest beads! The product quantity box allows you to add the exact amount of each item you need to your cart. Your quantities are completely customisable and give you the freedom to create without worrying about waste or excess products kept around. 

What payment options do you accept online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and InstantEFT. If you would like to do a direct EFT into our bank account please send an email to hello@looloochews.co.za and your cart reference. 

 

How quickly can I expect a reply to my social media message or email?

One of our outstanding characteristics as a small business is our customer support. We strive to answer all emails and social media messages as quickly as we can, often within the hour! We work tirelessly to ensure that we respond to you ASAP, as we understand that speedy communication makes ordering and decision-making much easier for our customers. We believe you deserve the respect of a helpful and timely response to any inquiry you send us. 

  

Shipping & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

We lovingly hand pack every order and ship your order out in record time so that you can receive your product quickly and start beading. Our incredible and efficient processing time is what sets us apart as a company. We try our best to get all orders out in 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and when we take a well-deserved break; but we will inform you in advance before we go away).

 

What are my shipping options?

We have two shipping & handling fee options for our customers, we make use of The Courier Guy to deliver your package. 

1. R85 flat rate, is our shipping & handling fee for orders within South Africa.

2. R60 to a Pudo locker, please leave a note at checkout with your preferred locker choice

3. You are welcome to send your own courier to collect, please select pick-up at checkout and then kindly arrange with us via email or WhatsApp

What is Shipping & Handling? 

Our flat rate of R85.00 for shipping and handling includes picking, packing and transporting purchased items to the end customer. 

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes, local pick-up is available for customers based in Pretoria East, Gauteng. You can collect from our private household address Heron Hill Garden Estate (44 Ajax Avenue, Olympus, Pretoria, South Africa, 0081)

 

My tracking number isn't updating right away. What should I do?

If you have received a confirmation email from us, but your tracking number is not updating immediately do not panic. At times tracking number updates can be delayed or sometimes we the courier company hasn’t collected your parcel from us however we have submitted your parcel. Hang tight, and check back in a few hours or the following day.

Do we ship internationally? 

Yes, we gladly assist international customers with shipping, you however cover the full cost of the shipment once we receive a shipping quote for you. 

Returns & Cancellations

Can I make a return?

We do not accept any returns for sanitary reasons. Please inspect your product once you receive it, we will not accept any liability of broken products purchased after it has been in your possession for more than 7 days. Gift cards are also non-refundable or returnable.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of purchase. If an order is cancelled later then this time period, a 15% restocking fee will be applicable to the entire order. We cannot cancel orders that have been processed or shipped.

 

Can I add to my order after I have placed an order?

Of course you can, you can create a new cart or let us know what more you want to add, we will then adjust your existing cart for you. Please pop us an email or message on social media to let us know.

 

Safety & Care

How do I know your product is safe?

Safety is any companies utmost importance. We ensure that our food-grade silicone products meet the highest standards of safety. All our silicone products are:

  • BPA free
  • 100% non-toxic
  • Lead free
  • PVC free
  • FDA approved, food-grade silicone
  • Tasteless & odourless

 

How do I care for my products?

It is important that our products are cared for in the right manner. This will help them from damage or unsafe use.

 

  • Our silicone products can be cleaned in a variety of ways. They can be washed with hot, soapy water, washed in the dishwasher if they are able to be safely stored or in boiling water.
  • Never put cords, clips and wood into a dishwasher or boiling water
  • Wood is a natural item and therefore natural variations will occur. Do not submerge or soak in water. Wood is naturally antibacterial, simply wipe with a clean damp cloth to clean.
  • Wooden beads and rings can be treated with organic oil to help preserve them. They can also be sealed and treated with beeswax.
